How Long Your Records Stay With Us
We hold on to your job cards and invoices only while we need them. That means doing the work, sorting out any warranty claim and meeting UAE tax and legal record rules. We remove contact and marketing data when you ask. The only exception is data we need for an open job or a legal reason.
How We Protect It
Our systems are password-protected. Only staff who need access get it. Paper records stay in a secure area. We check these protections often, because no setup is flawless. Should a breach touch your data, we move fast. We will inform you and the authorities where the law requires.
Personal Details Your Volkswagen Remembers
Modern Volkswagens remember a lot. The infotainment system may hold your phone contacts and call history. It may also hold saved addresses and paired devices. Electric models like the ID.4 and ID.6 may store charging locations and app links.
We do not browse or copy this data. Our technicians only access the car systems the repair needs. If you like, unpair your phone and clear your personal settings before you hand over the keys. Some repairs need a system reset or software update. These can erase saved settings, and we will mention this in advance where we can.
Your Rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct wrong or incomplete data
- Ask us to delete your data, where the law allows
- Object to or restrict some processing
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
- Ask for a copy of your data in a common format

Children
Our services are for adults who own or are responsible for a vehicle. We never set out to collect data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us. We will delete it.
